When are your stamps released?
We release 3 to 5 new stamp sets each month starting with sneak peeks the second Wednesday of each month. Our full release follows the Friday afterward when the stamps go live in our store. How are your stamps made?
Our stamps are made using the latest technology in photo polymer. This means our clear images stamp like traditional rubber stamps without yellowing. The process also allows our stamps to have intricate detail that clear stamps haven’t traditionally been able to handle. It’s a process that allows you to see clearly where you’re stamping while still having the detail that used to only be available in red rubber stamps.
Are you an ‘Angel Company?’
Absolutely! We love it when you use our stamps to create handmade cards and altered items. Of course, we prohibit mechanical reproduction i.e. scanning or photocopying images with the intent to share, trade, sell, or use in any commercial manner. If you use our stamps in cards or other items that you plan to sell, we would like image credit. That’s why on every set you’ll find a small stamp that features the name of our artist and a Flourishes logo with our copyright information. Feel free to use this on the backs of your cards to let the recipient know that you have made it with the very best materials! Flourishes does not permit using our images in image swaps. You may not re-sell, distribute, or give away hand-stamped images in any way. We value the artists that work with Flourishes and the images they create are copyrighted by Flourishes LLC. Using our images in anything but hand-stamped creations is strictly prohibited.
When will my order ship?
At Flourishes, we pride ourselves on outstanding customer service and it is always our goal to ship your items within 48 to 72 hours. If, by chance, an item you ordered is on backorder, we will refund your purchase price and send your items along. We do not accept backorders at this time.
