Timeless Tuesday # 203

Timeless-Tuesday-Logo

Happy Tuesday, everyone!  It’s me, Broni, here and I’m your hostess for the latest Timeless Tuesday challenge.

I just love the Flourishes Color Made Easy collections!  Today I’ve chosen three that work so well together!

Poppy Paper CollectionEmerald Coast Paper Collection, and the Rich Browns Paper Collection:

My challenge to you is to Make a creation using at least one color from each of these collections.

This is the card I made:

I used papers from the Poppy Paper Collection and the Emerald Coast Paper Collection. I cut 2 of the Floral Oval die cuts, one in white and one in the lightest Emerald Coast blue, which is trimmed around the edges and layered on top of the white one.  This perfect Valentine sentiment from the Just My Type stamp set was clear embossed on Flourishes Classic White cardstock, and then sponged while still in the big scalloped oval die using Distress Frayed Burlap and Walnut Stain inks and an ink blending tool.  It’s wrapped in some beautiful Bangkok Red seam binding as a final touch. Now it’s your turn!  I can’t wait to see what you create for us!

We had 81 entries for Denise’s “New” Challenge last week, and because it was also Release Week, those that used Flourishes stamps are counted as double entries! There were 22 players that used Flourishes stamps, and our random winner is #29! Julie, please email Amanda at:  poppy_scraps@yahoo.com to claim your prize!

Please visit the Flourishes Timeless Tuesday team to get inspired and when you are finished, be sure to link up your creation below using our Inlinkz widget. You have until next Monday, January 21st at 6PM to enter.  If you upload to SCS, please feel free to use the keyword:  FTTC203.
