With spring officially here, that’s what this month’s Bring Back Beautiful challenge is ALL about! We want to see you infuse those beautiful spring time colors into your stamping creation! This month’s Bring Back Beautiful Challenge is being hosted by the ‘Australian Coloring Queen’ Kathy Jones! She has mad skills when it comes to using her Copics! Wanna see? Here’s a look at the card she created for this challenge…

HOW TO PLAY: Soft shades remind us of spring flowers sprouting from the ground – these shades are the focus of this month’s BBB challenge! the color choice is yours! Link your Bring Back Beautiful Challenge card here below using our inlinkz widget. If you upload your creations to Splitcoaststampers, please use the keyword BBB09. You have until April 30th to enter! As we unveil our challenge next month, we’ll share our True Beauties — those card makers who wowed us with this challenge! Winners will be featured right here on the Flourishes blog and will recieve a Bring Back Beautiful Winner blog button to proudly display on their blogs!
Before we get to the True Beauties for this month, be sure to come back to this link list and check out all the beautiful creations our challenge team whipped up this month all with springtime colors in mind!
Want to play? Be sure to link up your own creation here!
I can’t tell you how impressed we were seeing all the different ways you could use a neutral twist on your cards! Some of you even showed us some fun techniques! We loved THIS one from Lynda who used distress inks to create a beautiful look! And, did you check out THIS card from E. Marie who used masking tape as a background for her card!
Meet this month’s TRUE BEAUTIES….
This creation from first time player Roz was, gasp, beautiful! We loved the vintage feel and just how balanced this card was with all the little extras she added!

Allison got creative with canvas paper — I’ve never heard of that but golly — didn’t it create a stunning card? We think so! She used Flourishes Paperwhites stamp set!

This black and white creation from Miriam is just as classy as a black tie affair! Mirian inked up our Let Them Eat Cake set!

I thought this next one by Dani C. was a beauty with her use of a sentiment (from Flourishes Life Lines set) and that little butterfly from the Butterflies and Blossoms set perched on her phrase.

Thank you ladies! If you haven’t won in month’s past and you would like a Bring Back Beautiful Winner Blog Button, feel free to email me at flourishes@bresnan.net and I’ll send you one right away! Thanks so much for playing everyone! We can’t wait to see your spring time inspired beauties!!!”

Morning…
I thought I’d add the card I did up last night. The challenge is overwith but I’m not able to enter in most as for some reason I am not able to post a comment on all designer blogs no matter how I try to do it!
Thanks for looking and I’ll keep trying!
