It’s a new month, which means it’s time to say goodbye to a talented designer who shared a bit of her creative process and welcome in a new one into the Flourishes Limelight! All September long, Broni Holcombe dazzled us with her whimsical and beautifully put together cards and creations. She is a top-rate designer and we were so blessed to have her on board! Thanks Broni!!

With October we have a new and ever-so-talented designer who will be gracing the Flourished blog all month long!

Introducing…..  

I had the pleasure of meeting Deb last summer at CHA and I have to tell you — she is one of those people that just exudes that peaceful easy feeling. She has the most lovable smile and gentle ways, you could just sit and talk with her for hours! When it comes to her design style, she has a very “put together” style. She loves symmetry and straight lines and… who could forget color!  To get ready for her big reveal next Sunday, we asked Deb to share a few words about herself!

Originally from Louisiana but now residing in Florida, I’m the wife of a recently retired Navy guy who loves to cook!  Yay!  That means more stamping time for me!  Patrick and I have a 16 year old son, Matthew, who is and has always been homeschooled.  I started out scrapbooking shortly after Matthew was born, then got completely sidetracked and absolutely addicted to stamping and card-making.  My stamping got serious in Fall of 2008 when I joined several design teams, and then the following Spring I was invited to join the Dirty Dozen.  I adore this hobby, have been blessed beyond measure by the friendships it has brought me, and am thrilled to have been invited to be Flourishes’ Limelight Designer for the month of October.  Flourishes’ stamps are the gorgeous ultimate for the stamper who loves to color elegant, classic images!

Thanks Deb! We happen to think Flourishes stamps are the classiest around too. But, then again, we might be biased! We are so looking forward to seeing what you create!
