Hi all and welcome to our Flourishes Bring Back Beautiful Challenge for September! Mark your calendars because we’ll be ushering in a new challenge… every first Monday of the month! This challenge was started by Flourishes to truly showcase beauty in card making and today kicks off our second challenge and it asks YOU to try to capture the feel of fall!

HERE’S YOUR BBB02 CHALLENGE:  Rustic Beauty: As the leaves start to change colors to usher in fall, we want to see your rustic beauty! Interpret this challenge however you like – want to use a little distressing? Want to use shades of rust? Want to use things that look aged or antiqued? You choose! Just make sure the end result has a rustic feel to it! Link up your Bringing Back Beautiful Challenge card here using our InLinkz widget below. Please use a direct link to your card and… please use Flourishes stamps if you have them! If you upload to SCS, please use the keyword BBB02. You have until September 30th to enter! As we unveil our challenge for next month, we’ll share our True Beauties – those card makers who wowed us with this challenge! Winners will be featured on the Flourishes Blog and will receive a True Beauty blog button to display proudly on their blog!

TIME TO MEET THE BBB01 TRUE BEAUTIES!

This past month’s challenge was all about coloring up beautiful and with it came talented submission after talented submission for the BBB01 Challenge! It was really, really hard for our Bring Back Beautiful Team to pick just a couple! So… we have 4 ladies that we’d like to become our first “True Beauties!”

Take a look at this creation from Fran Gumprecht….. so soft looking and pretty in pink!

Edna Morrisedie has all her beautiful bases covered – with colorful blossoms, decorative borders.. and who could forget.. bling!
